These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RankCart.io website and services operated by RR Sols Pty Ltd (ABN: 56 672 722 486). By using RankCart.io, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using RankCart.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
RankCart.io provides SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) auditing tools for e-commerce stores. The service works with Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, and other platforms. It analyses publicly accessible pages of your store and provides reports, scores, and recommendations.
We do not access your store admin panel, customer data, order data, or any private store information. We only crawl publicly available URLs that you provide.
The service also includes Revenue Intelligence features that track keyword rankings, estimate revenue opportunities, and provide data-driven SEO recommendations based on third-party data sources.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the service.
One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account. We reserve the right to suspend duplicate free accounts.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@rankcart.io if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
RankCart.io offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Partner, Agency). Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
Prices are listed in USD and may be updated from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increases take effect for existing subscribers.
Paid plans may include a free trial period. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand. We will send you a reminder email approximately 3 days before your trial expires.
By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional emails necessary for the operation of your account, including: welcome emails, subscription confirmations, payment failure notifications, plan change confirmations, cancellation confirmations, and trial ending reminders.
Paid plan subscribers will also receive weekly SEO performance report emails by default. You may unsubscribe from weekly reports at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any report email or by contacting support@rankcart.io. We will honour all unsubscribe requests promptly.
We will not send you unsolicited commercial emails, marketing emails, or promotional content from third parties. We comply with the Australian Spam Act 2003, the CAN-SPAM Act (US), and applicable anti-spam legislation in other jurisdictions.
All official emails are sent from @rankcart.io domains only. If you receive suspicious emails claiming to be from RankCart.io from other domains, please report them to support@rankcart.io.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Upon cancellation, your account will revert to the free plan. Your audit history and data will remain accessible, but you will be subject to free plan limits.
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact support@rankcart.io within 14 days.
We reserve the right to offer discretionary refunds on a case-by-case basis.
You agree not to: (a) use the service to scan stores you do not own or have authorisation to audit; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute our audit algorithms or data; (c) use automated tools to exceed your plan's rate limits; (d) transmit malicious URLs or attempt to exploit the service; (e) use the service to collect or harvest personal information of any third party.
API access (Agency plan) is subject to rate limits. Abuse of API endpoints may result in key revocation and account suspension.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Agency and Partner plan users may add and audit multiple store URLs, including stores belonging to their clients. By auditing a third-party store, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary authorisation from the store owner to perform such audits and access the resulting data.
You are solely responsible for any agreements between you and your clients regarding the use of audit data, white-label reports, and any recommendations generated by the service.
RankCart.io is not a party to any agreement between you and your clients and bears no liability for your use of audit data in relation to third-party stores.
RankCart.io, its logo, design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of RR Sols Pty Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
Audit reports generated by your account are yours to use, share, and distribute as you see fit — including white-label reports on the Agency plan.
You retain ownership of all data you provide to the service (store URLs, keywords, configuration). We claim no ownership over your input data or generated audit reports.
Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your data. By using the service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
We store your account information (email address, name), audit results, keyword rankings, and usage logs as described in the Privacy Policy. This data is necessary to provide the service and is retained for as long as your account is active.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes. Third-party services receive only the minimum data necessary to provide their specific function (see Privacy Policy Section 3 for details).
RankCart.io provides SEO and AEO recommendations and revenue estimates based on industry benchmarks and publicly available data. These are informational only and do not constitute professional SEO consulting, legal, or financial advice.
Revenue estimates are directional approximations and are not guarantees of actual results. Actual outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, market conditions, and website implementation.
We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all SEO issues will be detected. The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available'.
Third-party data (including keyword rankings and search volume estimates) is sourced from external providers and may not be perfectly accurate or up-to-date. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RR Sols Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including Australian Consumer Law.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or fail to pay applicable fees after reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination, during which you may request an export of your data. After 30 days, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Sections regarding Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law survive termination of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
